About UsInna was born in Dnepropetrovsk which was then part of the USSR but is now in central Ukraine. As a child Inna was influenced by her mother who was a practising Paediatrician specialising in non-traditional medicine. Inna learnt many of her mother’s secrets and remedies.
As she grew up Inna had two passions - sports and beauty therapy. Inna enjoyed many sports as a teenager and was introduced to rowing when she was 15. It was a sport that she excelled at and very quickly was representing her region, then state and then the USSR- first as a junior and then as a senior. In 1988 she was selected for her first Olympics at Seoul and won a silver medal in the quadruple sculls. Over the next eight years she was continually selected winning five European Championships, various World Championship medals, Olympic Games in Barcelona in 1992 and another Olympic silver medal in Atlanta in 1996. Inna’s second passion, beauty therapy, was not lost or lessened by her sporting success. She opened her first beauty salon in 1986 in Ukraine which prospered despite her frequent training and competitions. In 2000 Inna came to Australia as coach of the Ukrainian Rowing team for the Olympics. She was immediately offered various coaching positions and eventually took up the role of head coach at Sydney University Women’s Rowing where she won immediate recognition. Inna was named NSW Women’s Rowing Coach of the Year three times. Unfortunately injuries curtailed Inna’s ability to row and coach. So she turned her incredible focus and dedication full time to Health and Beauty Treatments. |
